Gopi Birla Model United Nations 2025-26

Model United Nations – also known as Model UN or MUN is a dynamic educational activity where students step into the shoes of UN delegates, engage in simulated international negotiations, and explore global diplomacy, current world issues, and the structure and purpose of the United Nations.

 On August 1 & 2, 2025, Gopi Birla Memorial School organised the Annual Model UN Conference (GBMUN) and commemorated its 8th iteration this year offering a vibrant forum for student engagement across various UN Committees.

 Balmohan Vidyamandir fielded a rigorous delegation that demonstrated command over Rules of Procedure, delivered incisive interventions on the General Speakers’ List and led moderated/ unmoderated caucuses with clarity. Their strength in position papers, bloc-building, and draft resolution culminated in the School being honoured with the Best School Award at GBMUM 8.
